'Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. One time it almost pulled off my friend’s dredlock when she sat on the balcony unaware that the dog was in the back. On a couple of times I would request for stuff like flat iron or microwave and it would take days to get it, i know the front desk crew did their...

'Catastrophic. Pictures do not Real. Lies about all inclusive . Nothing exist (services , breakfast etc ).Very Very noisy and dirty. Clients service of Expedia had thé best and called thé manager . Lie After lie , it was a calamity. '

There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.'
