Pensions in Oceanside

'For the rate and the nice guy in the reception I have nothing but good to say. I think I lucked out and got an upstairs gable end room with a nice window and a view of sorts , BUT ! I have trouble with these unannounced 100 $ deposits; particularly when the room in essence is somewhat dilapidated; i.e repeatedly patched walls not repainted , cracks in walls and poorly laid clickboard flooring popping up in places ( they chose a good waterproof product; but it's hard to lay down..) I'm happy but...
