'Leider hattet ihr meine Buchung ersatzlos aus betrieblichen Gründen storniert und ich musste mir woanders eine teurere Unterkunft suchen und die Reiserücktritts Versicherung wieder kündigen usw. Ein Haufen unnötigen Ärger. Enschuldigung oder Entschädigung hab ich keine bekommen. Also fragt nicht noch wie es war... Wegen euch bin ich gar nicht dorhin verreist und ihr bekommtem nicht '
