Just download their app. Big lounge instead of front desk with lounge chairs, tables and chairs, snacks for honor system purchase, and kids playroom. Very quick responses to questions...

'Lovely inn in nice surroundings. Very clean and large room with good quality bedding and towels. Jackson is a small place but there are a few dining options within walking distance. Good to also be able to use shared microwave oven and fridge.'
