'First time using this kind of accommodation so wasnt sure what to expect. Lovely. Warm, quirky, clean, and just our cup of tea haha. Lovely touch with the chocolate and the fizz. Hot tub a nice touch amd thankfully with a beautiful day that we had perfect for stargazing. Managing to see a few shooting stars and satellites. Not alot to complain about really. 'This was our first time ever staying in a shepherd's hut, and what a hit it was! The hut was located perfectly on the farm's land, there were other huts but we had enough privacy from the other visitors when sitting outside our hut. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a very small problem with the drainage, but that was very quickly sorted out by the very friendly owners (which were also lovely to chat too and had such sweet dogs who sometimes...

'Myself, husband and our dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Foxglove. Great facilities and a fabulous location. We were lucky with the weather so barbequed and sat out with a fire. Stunning coast only a few miles away gave us lots of amazing walks.'

'Great property with lots of character, fabulous large decked area which can be fully enclosed, ideal for an escape srtist like our terrier. We really enjoyed our stay and Rachel is fab host.'

'Easy to find. Absolutely everything you could need already there, E.g. tea, sugar, coffee, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, washing up liquid. Plenty of cleaning products for you to use if needed. Towels and bedding. Spa was lovely and hot. Good parking, nothing on site as such but that’s not why we went. Good location for Alnwick, Morpeth and Amble, although pulling out onto the A1 was tricky at times! All in all an enjoyable stay!'
