'We really loved the stay in Highlander Cottages. There are more cottages at this site, but it felt like we were staying alone in the forest. Although wooden constructions the quality was high, a kitchen block, small living room, dining table, comfortable beds fireplace and modern bath room. We would definitely return. '

'It had everything we needed. It was an old property (c.150yrs old) so it was never going to be state-of-the-art with underfloor heating, surround-sound disco-lighting (and it would have been awful if it was like that) but it catered for us perfectly,was quiet and comfortable.'
