« This was a super cute 1 bedroom apartment, that was big and roomy enough for 4 people (even though it was just me and my daughter). The location is great for access to the campus, and downtown. Without the noise of all the bars. On occasion you can hear people walking by outside, talking, but that didn’t bother me. You do hear trains go by if you pay attention, but it didn’t bother me either. I would absolutely stay here again. »

« I was visiting a friend in Arkansas from NC for the first time and this home was the most perfect spot to do it. We were given everything we needed for our stay which was great. You can tell that they thought of everything. The hot tub was an amazing addition that really completed it, especially since it was cold. If I ever find myself in Bentonville again, I know where I'm staying. »

« 2nd time here and it did not disappoint. Stayed in Suite C which is what we stayed in 4 years ago and had an awesome few. Very little stairs to get into the unit compared to the upstairs but for us old folks it was perfect. Met Todd for the first time and enjoyed visiting with him as well as Bree who met us checking in. Place was super clean. The only negative would be it needs more lighting in the kitchen if you are going to cook otherwise it's probably okay for those who don't bring in...

« Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday. »
