'Being a dune boardwalk away from the ocean and hearing the waves was wonderful. So many FL beaches are not dog friendly, but this beach area was. The apt was comfortable and as pictured, and is perfect for 2 people. There are endless things to explore and do in the area, and in St. Augustine. '

'I booked this property due to the beautiful windows in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. Walk to the beach was so quick and the area was very quiet. You are still close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back and rent here again. We have no negative comments at all!!! Thank you!'

'The place was a great location to downtown area. Easy walking distance. Apartment was super cozy and clean. The only issue I had was one towel was set out even though I had requested for three people. Also, the parking (while easy to do) left a huge mess all over my car. The owner can’t help this though. 'If you like the charm of older homes, this is an absolute winner. Perfect location in historic district, easy communication with host, spacious apartment. We used the place to both work remotely and enjoy St Augustine and it served us very well for both purposes. All key attractions in historic area easily walkable And drive to beach 5-10 minutes. '

'Cute house on beach with 3 units. Ours was on bottom with 2 bedrooms. Wide porch and backyard that you share with other unit with a partition between. Lots of seating outside to enjoy the views and brand new walk way to beach. Our unit was so cute and stocked with all you can need or what you forgot !! The 5 of us and 2 small dogs enjoyed it and had washer & dryer and beach towels. Owners live upstairs and both units downstairs are pet friendly …. We took turns going outside and made it work....
