« The property is undoubtedly small. It was very clean and comfortable - a perfect base for exploring this wonderful area. Plenty of grocery stores and pubs/restaurants in surrounding area. A very steep narrow staircase leading to the second level of the property. I note this has been mentioned in other reviews too. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with the property. »

« We throughly enjoyed our stay , we had good communication with the owners and the cottage was very clean and spacious. Parking was never a problem and it is in a quiet area but very handy for Chester which is a lovey town .The hot tub was great and was used every day . »

« We were not given the key code before arrival and were in very heavy rain trying to get through on the telephone to get the code, waiting for a call back. The cleaning prior to our arrival was poor- plus there were two pairs of underpants in the drawer from a previous visitor, whenever that might have been! It needs better heating than a storage heater and plug in radiators, it was cold. »

« Très bon séjour au Whitworth Locke. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel avait préparé un petit mot, avec des boissons, du chocolat et un éclairage « happy birthday » pour l’anniversaire de mon copain. J’étais très heureuse. L’hôtel est conforme aux photos sur Expédia, la propreté est impeccable. Daniela nous a chaleureusement accueilli durant l’entièreté du séjour. Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons l’hôtel. Merci ! »
