Bienvenue au On The Bay Resort, directement sur la mer des Caraïbes!
Niché dans un paysage tropical luxuriant au rez-de-chaussée d'un complexe de bord de mer intimiste, ce condo récemment aménagé et très spacieux (1600 pieds carrés) comprend trois chambres et trois salles de bains. Sur la baie # 103 est une alternative idéale à l'agitation de 7 Mile Beach et à seulement 10 minutes de Rum Point, sur le côté nord de l'île.

Étapes menant à une grande plage privée et nager dans une crique creusée dans le rivage (chaussures d’eau recommandées). Faites de la plongée au tuba sur le récif coloré juste au large. Ou allez directement à la porte de la piscine d'eau douce du complexe. Comme On The Bay est une petite station balnéaire située sur la paisible côte nord de Grand Caïman, la plage et la piscine sont souvent agréablement vides.


Cette vue sur l'océan / jardin, unité de rez-de-chaussée fournit un accès pratique à la piscine. Plus un patio entouré de plantes tropicales et de palmiers.

À l'intérieur de l'unité 103, vous trouverez un spacieux et moderne espace salon et salle à manger. La chambre principale avec salle de bains offre un lit king-size; la 2ème chambre a un lit queen et la 3ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. Cela vous offre un hébergement confortable et privé pour 6.

La cuisine immaculée est entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner votre propre collation délicieuse ou un repas gastronomique. Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse à l'intérieur de votre unité. Le patio a souvent une belle brise des Caraïbes. Si vous préférez cuisiner à l'extérieur, il y a un barbecue commun à On The Bay pour votre plaisir en plein air.

Le salon a un énorme téléviseur HD à écran plat, tout comme la chambre des maîtres. Cable / Satellite TV est inclus avec des centaines de stations. Internet haute vitesse wifi est également fourni.

Le Rum Point, avec son épicerie, son bar de plage, son restaurant et sa boutique de sports nautiques, se trouve à seulement 10 minutes en voiture. Red Sail Sports à Rum Point, est un endroit idéal pour faire du snorkeling à Stingay City!

George Town / 7 Mile Beach est à 40 minutes et offre encore plus de magasins et de restaurants.

Le restaurant Over The Edge se trouve juste au coin de la rue et propose des repas décontractés en bord de mer. La maison italienne se trouve à 10 minutes en face du Tortuga Club de Morritt, ainsi que de l'épicerie et du magasin d'alcool Fosters Food Fair. Le restaurant fusion Aussie / Caraïbes de Tukka est à 15 minutes et propose un menu fantastique. Un court trajet en voiture des grottes de cristal, Star Fish Point, les jardins botaniques et Rum Point Beach. Visitez Sting Ray City, à seulement dix minutes de la côte de Rum Point!

Wonderful Experience!
This was a phenomenal place to stay. The private beach and lagoon were awesome with great snorkeling. The host was so responsive and always went above and beyond, especially our last day there. We will absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend some time in paradise!

Relaxing getaway!
Loved our stay at On the Bay! Excellent location away from all the hustle and bustle of George Town. We loved the private beach and pool. Accommodations fit our family of 5 perfectly.Kitchen had mostly everything we needed to make simple meals. No baking sheets to use in the oven but we improvised with foil. Plenty of bath and pool towels available. Definitely would stay here again!

If you are looking to stay away from the crowds, you found it. The area feels safe and the condo, pool, and beach were very clean. Close to Rum Point and East End restaurants. We would definitely return.

The condo is very spacious, clean, and well stocked with the basics. Beautiful property, secluded and well maintained. We learned from another condo owner that the pool is heated. A bit overkill and uncomfortable for July heat but am sure a very welcomed feature in the winter months. We love staying away from the crowds of 7 Mile Beach and still having access to good restaurants, diving, and things to do. We will definitely be back! Thank you Meg and housekeeping team. Well done.

Fantastic holiday
Our Condo at "On The Bay" was very spacious, clean and well appointed and suited our family requirements. For us the location both on the coast and near the Botanic Park was perfect. The gardens were beautifully planted and maintained. Everyone loved the pool. An early arrival by some of the family was kindly accommodated and we were helped promptly with a late query about the air conditioning. We had a marvelous time and would certainly return. Well maintained property. Lovely plantings. Neatly kept. The heated pool was VERY appreciated. A generous supply of loungers around the pool. The condo was modern and up to date. New applicances, thick towels, large supply of beach towels. The washer/dryer very handy and worked well. AC also never a problem. Location was right for us- quiet and not far from Rum Point. Best beach was Governor's Beach on Seven Mile Beach-crystal clear water of a dreamy blue color. Low surf but still refreshing. Best Restaurant was Ristorante Pappagallo. Enjoyed Tuttka's East End-extensive menu and fun feeding the Frigate Birds. Just an overall wonderful winter getaway.

So much fun
I was on this 5 day trip with my daughter and four sorority girls! We had a large time. The condo is about 50 minutes from the airport and stop at the second big Fosters grocery store near the Wendy’s. Stock up bc it’s a drive to there once you get to the condo and you won’t want to leave ! The food isn’t near as expensive as I thought it would be. The locals are wonderful, friendly and what a pleasantly safe island. The liquor stores are close by to the condo. The condo is big and larger than depicted! Plenty of space for all of us. We spent most days at the pool and in and out of the lagoon. The wind was strong so luckily the bushes block the pool area and without the lagoon there is no way we could have gotten into the ocean at the condos. The March winds were the only downfall. The lagoon is shallow and then gets deep enough that the girls could snorkel. All I could think of when I looked at the lagoon area was what an incredible spot for kids to play for days! The condo has rafts and some snorkel gear but I brought our own. The people at the condos were fun and easygoing- not minding a little music and full of info about the island. We went to rum point and walked among the starfish, went to seven mile beach and cemetery beach to snorkel, Keibo to eat as well as drinks and appetizers at Rum Point. Rum point has a gift shop also. The girls loved the condo pool/beach the best but we drove just a little to say we had been there! Thank you accurately depicting the condo on VRBO and I hope you get many more visitors from this review as you deserve it. Thanks again.

Perfect Family Getaway
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. My 12, 8, and 5 year old children had a fantastic time in the pool, and walking around on the barrier by the sea. It's away from the busy city side of GC, and is very peaceful in this area. I ran several miles at sunrise from the condo, and loved how quiet the area is. Make sure you make reservations if you are going to a sit down restaurant for dinner. Even for the restaurants that seem like you wouldn't need it on a weekday, it's standard to reserve a time. This was something we learned on our first night, and didn't have an issue after that. Everywhere we ate was amazing. Would highly recommend this area and this condo if you are going to Grand Cayman.

Perfect relaxing getaway
We loved staying at Old Man Bay! It was a perfect, QUIET location for our family. The condo was very spacious, and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The beds were comfortable, there was a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, beach toys/"floaties" for the pool and best of all were the beautiful views from the patio. We spent as much time outside as we could. The condo is a little bit of a drive from the main 7 Mile Beach area, but that is what we were looking for, so it was not a drawback for us. We like to be out of the typical crazy tourist parts of town. We cooked most all of our meals at the condo, and spent our days relaxing at the pool or on the beach. We had rented a car, so we were able to drive ourselves around the island to see all of the sights ourselves! We took a couple of days throughout the week to drive to the West side of the island for an excursion, and also spent a day at Cemetery beach. The one and only thing I would caution is for families visiting with very small children, (our daughter is only 17 months old): the little beach inlet area was perfect other than the 5 or 6 foot steep hill down to the actual waters edge. The pictures make it look as if the beach/sand is just a flat walk out to the water, but that is not the case currently. From the pool, you walk straight out on the sand, but then there is a drop down to the actual water. Our little one could not handle that hill on her own. Even with that being the case, I would still highly recommend this location. I am more stating this as a heads up for families with little ones. Our daughter ended up hating the sand altogether, so we landed at the pool all week which was just as amazing and still able to take in all the beautiful views. :) We would highly recommend renting this property to anyone visiting Grand Cayman, and will gladly stay again if/when we return.

Really windy on North side and a 30 minute trip to good shopping and better restaurants.
Got complaints about light music not loud by pool area around 1:00 pm till 3:00 pm. Told us to tone it down and right after that maintenance came threw with a real loud leaf blower. Way louder than any music we we’re playing. Really surprised by this because if you go to any resorts they play music by pool area in the afternoon.

Great xmas getaway
This condo was perfect for our family of five. The bedrooms were good size and having 3 bathrooms was perfect. The condo was super clean and fully furnished. We even had a cooler we could take on day trips. There are fans, extra bedding and blankets, lots of towels, pool floaties and beach toys for kids. The kitchen was also fully loaded with pots and pans etc. We stopped at the grocery and were able to make many meals at the condo. The screened porch was nice and the location was very convenient, about 25 feet from the pool. Nice ocean view. The north end of the island is mostly rocky, beautiful but tough to swim. There was a manmade large area the had a nice beach and good swimming/floating and playing. The location of th actual condo was fine. We knew we would be driving all over the island. We rented a car and covered everything from the turtles and dolphins (west end) to Tukka (East end) to Rum point (North end. Very easy to drive and navigate. Remember it is on the Left side of the road!!

We had the absolute best week-long stay here. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet area and there was hardly anyone else around which was PERFECT for us. We never shared the pool with anyone else during our stay. We loved how close it is to Rum Point and Starfish Point. We could’ve stayed forever!

When we arrived at Old Man Bay we were shocked to see scaffolding all along the exterior of the building. We were not told about this ahead of time nor was it mentioned in the overview. Apparently, and we found out from one of the residents, that the roof is being redone with June and won't be finished until end of September/early October (supposedly). We also lost power twice during our stay. Overall though the condo was clean and neat and had MORE THAN ENOUGH of everything you'd need. It was situated in the north middle side of the island. It was very private, which was what we need for our relaxing vacation. There wasn't so much color to the ocean where the condo is located but that was okay. The cove is rocky like the description says so make sure to wear shoes. Craig and Ms. Dale, the property managers, were great! They answered all our inquiries in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Property was great we were on the lower level and close to the pool. The Beach was nice but the bay had quite a bit of sea grass. The condo had a screened in porch and had blow ups to use in pool and bay. There were spices, oils and other cooking essentials. I recommend hitting grocery store for basics for lunch and breakfast. We ate at peppers in Georgetown great food and also went to tukas. Went to rum point also. This was a great relaxing vacation with my daughter and daughter in law❤️

Fantastic condo
We stayed at this condo in the Grand Cayman for about a week. It was a good price compared to other condos. When we arrived, the check-in process was super easy. The condo was extremely clean and stocked with the necessities you don’t think to buy or bring. There was Wi-Fi and television. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels (even several beach towels). We would definitely recommend! We hope to go back to the exact same place next year.

Nice quiet area of the island right between Rum Point and East Side. Except for 1 full time resident we were only people in the complex. Had beach and pool to ourselves. Condo was big, clean, supplied with plenty of dishes, glasses, etc. Screened in patio kept the mosquito's away. Had one issue with front door lock but property manager responded immediately, she was great. Shore is rocky but good size beach area. Nice that you can swim through lagoon and out to snorkel.

What a great property! Clean, comfortable, tons of space! Amazing view of palm trees and the ocean. Nice and super quiet, away from the touristy hustle and bustle. It takes about 30-45 mins to get to the touristy stuff but the quiet makes it worth it!!

Perfect family getaway, quiet, luxurious, away from the crowds, and excellent for small children
It was time to find relief from the harsh New England winter, and this was the perfect place for our family to relax, adventure, and find the sun again. We aren't terribly fond of crowds on vacation, so getting away from the main resort area was superb. Routinely we were the only ones at the pool and at the lagoon, both of which are delightful. The unit is first floor, perfect for kiddos (in our case 4yo, 2yo, 9mo). It's only steps to the pool and the view is stunning. The oceanside screened patio is accessed through a multipane slider that lets in a caressing breeze. Living room has a large couch and a nice place to relax after a day of snorkeling. The dining area is open and contiguous with the living area and kitchen, and has a large table that sat our large crew. The kitchen has a very favorable layout and high end appliances. The master bedroom suite is spacious, comfortable, and has a pleasant rainfall shower in the expansive bathroom with large jacuzzi tub. The grandparents were very pleased with the other rooms. Comfortable beds, ample linens, and everything clean and well organized for our stay. Some things I was worried about before arriving: 1 was sand fleas. There were very few encounters with any biting insects, and although I came prepared, we didn't need any of the high-test picaridin or foofy herbal stuff I brought to ward of the itches. Another concern was other guests. For the most part it is an older crowd who were very happy to have kids around, and there weren't during our stay a lot of party people. Party on, party people, just not real close while I was studying for an important medical exam. In short, it was quiet. Another worry was that the place would smell. Ever see beautiful pictures of a stunning location just to arrive and learn that the dump is next door? I have, and it stinks. There's nothing like that here, and no reason to be concerned, it's just one of those intangibles the internet can't give you and most people don't write about. The condo was well cleaned, and it's fresh Caribbean sea air breezes all day and all night. The lagoon is as beautiful as it looks in pictures. There were a few days that the sea weed had come in and turned it green, but for the most part it was a perfect turquoise blue in which our kiddos loved to swim and snorkel. And there is some neat snorkeling there, small as the lagoon is. We had a lifetime-memory-good-time and are so grateful that we chose to stay at On The Bay.
