'Very friendly hosts who were very proactive in making their guests as comfortable as possible. Check-in very quick and easy. The room was very spatious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi. Kitchenette with all the essentials was also there. No restaurant but you can order a very reasonably priced and good breakfast that is served in the room. Hosts are knowledgeable about their city and the region and gave very good advice over local attractions and activities.'

'Het regal Palms is handig om in Rotorua te zitten. Het complex lijkt groter dan het is . Handig met parkeren, verwarmd zwembad en klein midgedgolf erbij.'

'Room was on small side even for a couple. “Kitchenette” had no sink ( only water in bathroom). Had to ask for dishwashing cloths. Cute little balcony but no light out there. '
