'Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. 'The staff at the resort were amazing - at checkin, restaurants, bars. The cashier at the buffet let me wander in and checkout their food options so I could decide if I wanted to eat there. I didn’t eat there this time but I will in the future. Room was very spacious and clean. My only issue was that I couldn’t seem to get the room warm enough for me to be really comfortable sleeping. It was like the heater would only warm up the room to 70 and then the air coming out of the heater turned cold....
