'Great value for money '

'We had a nice time. The parking payment doesn't work correctly through hotels.com. It shows up as an extra guest, but the front desk was helpful in fixing it. We had a fire alarm go off at around 10pm, so there was some confusion and while I think everyone got out ok, the all clear was a little confusing. Things happen and I think overall the staff handled it well. The room was clean and comfortable, I would stay again.'

'I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. '

'Toilet was dirty. Door had big gaps so the room was cold. Outdated tv. Left a day early because i gound a roach in the bathroom. Got pulled over coming in and was investagated for drug activity because the hotel is know for that.'

'I loved having the separate rooms and the little kitchen was nice to have. Beds were nice and very clean. We received a courtesy call about 30 min after we were in our room to check and make sure everything was well. '
