« This property is truly one of the best I have been to for a large event up to 40 people. The house is full of books and games for people wanting to just hang around. The house is very big and spacious. The owners/host of the property are very nice, easy to talk to, and very honest with your stay. I highly recommend this Huge Lodge! »

« We were in town for a concert at the Morris and this was the perfect spot for our crew to crash afterwards. Short uber ride downtown. Very spacious with plenty of beds. If you have a large group the 1 bathroom might not be ideal but it worked great for our group of 4. »

« I had a very nice stay the property was very clean. I loved the location probably would’ve been better if I had rented in the summer because it was a little chilly in the home but otherwise everything was great. »

« My friends and I loved our weekend here! It’s super close to the beach, parks, and the downtown Michigan City area. It was the perfect size for the four of us and the owners were kind, communicative, and accommodating. Highly recommend! »

« Nice stay. The resort and town were sparsely populated in late March. But we enjoyed the house and town and took a day trip to Chicago and another day at Indiana Dunes National Park for a hike.One heads up: there is another house on the next street with the same house number as you approach Valhalla. Look for the dark green house on the left ( not the light green house on the right). »

« Had a great time at this cottage. Convenient location in between Michigan City and Chesterton. Plenty of space and large fenced in back yard. Right on W. Dunes Highway, so super easy to get anywhere. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook our own meals and 3 different areas for people to watch tv. Never felt like we were on top of each other, Had a great holiday weekend stay! »

« Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, allowing us to make a last-minute change to our reservation. She went above & beyond to be accommodating, which made it possible for our family to still gather for a special Christmas and New Year celebration. The house itself was full of character, with unique artwork and quirky touches that made it feel like a fun, creative retreat. The serene location, surrounded by nature, provided the perfect backdrop...

« We loved staying at this house for a weekend. It was cozy, had everything we needed and the most exciting it had a hot tub! hot tub looked new and was very clear. The place was also clean and cozy. We had an amazing stay and would stay there again! »

« We had plenty of room for all 17 of us, however, if you have trouble climbing stairs it’s not for you. »

« Great place: attractively decorated, well supplied with all we could need, comfortable beds, very clean, on a quiet street. We were a group of six adults, two of whom shared a room. Everyone was happy with the house. It is about a ten minute drive to the Morris Inn. »
