'The overall stay was good there was only a couple things that can be improved first the directions to getting there was bad on the gps, second is they had a lot of roof leaks in the lobby, the lobby bathrooms and hallways, the next thing is the TVs in the rooms my family and I had to change rooms bc the tv just stopped working and that was a pain to do but the person working in the lobby was very sweet and kind she was amazing very welcoming and was happy to help and make things right. 'Voor een tussenstop kwamen we uit in Florence en besloten daar een nacht te overbruggen. Zowel het hotel als Florence bleken een goede keuze te zijn. Zoals vele hotels in de US is de inrichting min of meer standaard en is het belangrijk dat alles schoon is. dat was het geval. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze.'
