'This is a great hotel in downtown Tulsa. Good rates for the weekend. Staff is always friendly. Great bar and restaurant in lobby. Lobby has been recently remodeled. Rooms are very spacious.'

'The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!'

'Room is recently renovated, exterior lighting is good, hotel sign could be brighter, we had trouble finding it right away, clean inside and out, no noise from the road, conveniently located, while we were dropping off hotel key the cleaning staff ran up to us to hand an item we would've forgotten in the fridge'

'Dit heeft niets met Hard Rock te maken, behalve dan dat er een gitaar voor de deur staat. Vooral casino, geen hardrock food en 1 fastfoodafhaal open van 6 restaurants. Ongeïnteresseerd personeel, zeker in de rockshop. Niet meer voor ons.'

'We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff.'
