'Of course, this is a place just for couples. One of the best things is that it is within walking distance to downtown Helen. One evening we did drive to dinner, but they had their own parking lot. Otherwise, you have to pay 10 to park. Being on the river was really nice. Getting in and out of our condo was convenient. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone anyone'

'The property was very spacious and clean. You do have to go up several steps to the entrance and can be a challenge with luggage. We had an issue with hot water being available in all rest rooms. Also, the outlets didn’t work in one bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay! '

'Everything was good. The only problem was the hot water in the shower never really even got warm. Other than that, everything from location to amenities was really nice. '

'The apartment is right in town. Three couples stayed at the apartment. The beds we comfortable and we loved the idea of our own bathroom, especially with three women. Very short drive to town or a good walk'

'We have stayed at this property twice and will never stay anywhere else in Helen!!! We absolutely love staying here.We walk to town, love hanging out on the balcony and just spending time at the property!!!!We will be booking again soon!!!'

'We stayed at this little Gem for 3 nights and Loved the location, nice comfy king bed, and the Back deck over looking the river! SO relaxing to watch and listen to the water flowing about while having cocktails or sipping coffee. We would love to co.e back.'

'My wife and I went to Helen for Oktoberfest. This condo is located right on the river and a short 5-10 minute walk to downtown. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend. '

'The location is great, you're walking distance from downtown. The place was very spacious and clean. I definitely recommend it!'

'Cute place but musty to a point we had to go buy room deodorizers and a candle to try and make the place habitable to sleep in. Nice hot tub on the front porch thats not advertised and no directions to run it . Owner was quick to respond. Clean place otherwise'

'We visit Helen several times a year and this place is perfectly situated. Short walk to town and Betty's country market is next door. The unit was very clean and comfortable.'

'Can’t beat the location as it was steps away from the action in town! Checkin process was super simple and we were even able to get in a little early, which was great. Host was extremely responsive and quickly provided additional sheets/blankets when requested. All that said… the place needs a makeover. At the very least, some new kitchen utensils and pots and pans would be nice. Overall though, we really enjoyed the stay and especially the hot tub! Would come back. '

' The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. I never could get ahold of anyone to tell when we checked out, because I couldn’t get a signal from the Valhalla Resort - where we had a fabulous breakfast!! Might suggest a few more drinking glasses. But that wasn’t a big deal since we were only there 1 night. Will definitely be back!'

'Cozy apt...love it has 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with personal bathrooms for each and one downstairs. Mattresses were AWESOME! Got great rest. So close to town. Most streaming available. All of this made our stay very enjoyable! Nice birthday weekend for friend '

'We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we visit the area. It was a great value for what we paid. We had a bedroom, a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for the same price I've paid for a regular hotel room. The key is to go into it with your eyes open. The property is older and it shows. There were dings in the furniture and the decor was outdated. But it was clean (the baseboards and ceiling fan could have used a wipe down but the everyday stuff was clean). If you...

'We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The house was clean and well maintained. Definitely recommended. A word of caution—Do not trust your GPS in getting there! We almost went to the wrong house. The owner sent detailed instructions on how to get there. Follow those instead. '

Not clean. Basic breakfast.

"Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again."

"this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word."
