« The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance....

« If you are looking for a peaceful place and don’t mind driving about 15 minutes to get to bars/restaurants, distilleries, and other entertainment then this is absolutely the place for you. We had a wonderful time staying here. Had everything we needed and made it work with a small bathroom. Our dog was also comfortable in the home and we felt safe leaving him there when we ran out to explore. »

« This was our favorite family trip yet, we will be back! The guest home and the property were beautifully peaceful. Our daughter enjoyed waking up and ending her day surrounded by horses, she made a few friends! Ryan, Kitty and Allison were all lovely and greeted us upon arrival. « We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. Location is very rural, but we didn’t mind making the scenic drives. We visited Keenland, and Louisville for the pumpkin spectacular. The hot tub was a perfect spot to relax. If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head for a night or two then this is a good fit. »
