'we only needed a bed for the night. the beds were clean enough. the room was not clean at all. i walked on the floor barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. the bathroom door did not close right. the hair dryer had no electric to it. the baseboard around the floor is coming off and full of filth. the only staff we saw was at check in. good experience there very nice and friendly. as they say you get what you payed for. i will not be coming back there.'

'After a terrible hotel the night before in Cleveland, I was hoping for much better in Columbus. I was greeted by a friendly and professional older woman at the front desk during check in. She made small talk, asked what brought me to town, and gave me all of the appropriate details needed (where my room was, where to park, coffee in the morning, etc). When I opened the room's door, I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with a cleaning smell. This made me happy since my room at a different hotel...
