The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. « The unit was sufficient. We stayed 7 days and spent much of our time away from the condo. The inside is just ok. It looks like a DIY reno and shows it. Cabinets were painted white in the kitchen, squeaky, and didn't really close well, or at all. Two floor AC units did a serviceable job cooling one bedroom and the living room, but were loud when sleeping. The other bedroom was just hot.
