'The look and the old genuine feeling of the hotel is what makes it special. This really looks and feels like a modarnized old chinese Palace. The location is good with short walk for shopping and old Town. The hotel is comfortable, but compared to a new modern hotel it's less comfortable. The shower has low water pressure, and the toilet could hardly flush. But things worked.'

'Was given wrong type of room, twice before this was sorted. All three rooms were dusty, behind and on the television and other fittings as well as the carpet. Went for lunch on our first day in the lobby 'bar'. Ordered, waited 20 minutes and then was told later our order was out of stock. Same thing happened when we re-ordered, one burger was brought out and then we were told there were none left. Hot springs were dirty, KFC delivery left everywhere! Not very impressed'
