'BEAUTIFUL!!! We decided on a last minute trip to the Big Island. We didnt really want to stay at a resort. So glad we came across Gingerhilll Farm Retreat. We stayed in Monkey Tree tent. The bed was so comfortable. Probably the best bed ive ever slept in besides our home one. We live on a farm so this place was a littler more noisy for us. Lots of frogs going off and a very abnoxious rooster that i feel needs to go in a stew pot.or be moved away from all the cabins. He starts crowing around...

'Friendly reception, gorgeous accommodations, tasty food, divine views!!! We arrived a little early and were cheerfully accommodated, our tent was sparkling clean and had thoughtful touches throughout, the chef’s specials were intriguing and delicious~ could not ask for a sweeter escape. Will come again to see it in the summertime. '

'We enjoyed this above the garage apartment so much! It’s perfect for families. There are a ton of details that were considered for decor and comfort. Location was rural and restful but it is a drive to everything we ended up doing. Property would be gorgeous in the spring, summer and fall. Great owners. '

'We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the farm. The glamping dome is very comfotable. Having a microwave and coffee makers was great for us. I wish I could get fresh farm milk for my coffee! The bar staff was friendly and we enjoyed the wine and beer tasting. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and there was actually enough food for us to take to the dome and enjoy a second dinner. '
