'front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Security is very excellent. I liked the restaurant; the food was up to a point and very delicious. The hotel parking was on point and very good accessibility to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area is very clean and the city of Gaborone by itself is very clean. We felt very safe and welcome. 'Going to first floor with no elevator might be an issue for some people. The staff was so loud way too early you can’t get any sleep in the morning. The place is clean so if you are an early bird the noise from outside won’t bother you. I did put in a complaint with front desk hopefully that helped.'
