'Wir hatten schöne Ferien. Die Unterkunft war von der Ausstattung her o.k., jedoch die Sauberkeit liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Unsere Ankunft verspätete sich, es war sehr schwierig jemanden zu erreichen, trotzdem wir innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten versuchten, die Rezeption zu kontaktieren. Das Bett war nicht angezogen, die Bettwäsche zwar sauber, aber sehr alt. Die Lage ist perfekt für verschiedene Unternehmungen. 'Das Haus ist total ungepflegt gewesen. Flecken auf den Wänden, den Möbeln, kaputte Lampen, schlecht funktionierenden Spülmaschine. Wir haben 65 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt, trotzdem hat man uns zusätzlich 32,50 Euro berechnet, weil wir die saubere Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt haben. Das W-LAN funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. kostenlosen W-LAN'

'Belvilla est a fuire impérativement !!!! Pas de confirmation du voyage alors que nous partions dans les 48h malgré nos relances. Au moins 4 appels au sav d'Abritel qui ont tenté de contacter l'hôte. Seulement 36h avant le départ, nous avons su que la réservation était annulée !'
