Pensions in New Mexico

'Property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and fresh paint. Many large cobwebs in bedroom. There is a bed in the living room. Baseboards and caulking are grimy with years of built up dirt. Furniture is old toss-aways. Kitchen chairs are awkward and roll out from under you when you sit. They are too big for the tiny eating area with barely space for two. The chairs are also very low so you are sitting with the table at your upper chest. Items like Soap, towels, and area rugs are very cheap....
