I have tried multiple times to call Expedia and it says the system is broken so essentially I have been charged two times one from Expedia, and one at the hotel. '

'Well, located right on the beach near the elevator, which was the biggest plus to this hotel. Otherwise, it was just fair. The hotel itself is a bit rundown and not well taken care of. The staff is of a lower level and not professional or responsive. I was given wrong directions to the room frustrating especially since I was lugging luggage with me. The guy at the front desk didn’t seem to care Breakfast was good though. '

'Yurii was very helpful with directions and key access. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable but the STENCH was most unpleasant from prior occupants smoking. Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. Further positives...the bathroom seemed recently renovated and was huge with wonderfully thick white towels as good as any 5 star hotel. Comfy bed and pillows (smell aside). We stayed over a Shabbat and holiday and it seems the religious...
