'Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. '

'A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem.'

'Stunning house with A+ furnishing, the ceiling fans and air conditioners were useful extras in this year's summer heat. A beautiful garden & terraces and a small but pleasant swimming pool. And let's not forget the incredible view of the surroundings! We could also enjoy the swallows and the bats that passed by! Gave us all that extra "Italy-feeling". And thank you for the warm welcome and of course the start-package in the fridge! We were super positive about everything. But we found it a pity...

'Zelden op zo een mooie plek gezeten! Vanaf het terras uitzicht over de Tiber en het huis en de tuin met zwembad zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker na een dagje cultuur in Rome is het hier heerlijk toeven.'

'Wat een geweldig verblijf hebben wij gehad. Toen we aankwamen bleek dat we een appartement zonder airco hadden gereserveerd en mochten we van Ginevre naar een ander appartement met airco. Dit was geweldig op een hele mooie azienda! We hebben heerlijk gezwommen in beide baden en lekker culinair gegeten in het restaurant, kortom super!'

'We hadden een fijn verblijf en hebben genoten van het zwembad. Wel enige overlast van insecten en de inventaris was beperkt. Al met al prima voor een verblijf met een grotere groep.'

'Nice stay and a lot of privacy with 24 people. Really Italian style, beds are good and dark rooms to sleep, liked that. Federico is a real gentlemen, and always react fast when we had some questions. Definitely a good place to stay with a couple of friends or family. 5 stars without a doubt.'
