This perfect vacation getaway comfortably sleeps up to six guests and will provide you the opportunity to enjoy the beach while providing comfort and safety in busy Myrtle Beach. Located just a block away from the sandy beaches, this cozy getaway is nestled in a peaceful location that allows you to settle into a quiet and relaxing retreat . If you're looking for the perfect seaside location for you and your family or friends for your next getaway, then look no further! Surrounded by mouth watering dining destinations and shopping, you won't have to go far for fun and entertainment. This vacation getaway encompasses modern luxuries that will surely impress any guest, while the coastal inspired décor will delight your senses and make your stay special. The townhome features an outside private, fenced patio area for easy access when returning from the beach. Patio area has a grill (charcoal) and a dry storage box filled with boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The solar powered and heated outdoor shower is also located in the patio area for rinsing off after you return from the beach. The main level
of the two level townhome includes a large living space, breakfast area with a 6 person dining table, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the coastal inspired furniture and décor, the living room includes a 55 inch mounted TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The main level also has a half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, laminate and tile floors and a door leading to the outside patio. Upstairs includes laminate flooring and two large bedrooms with queen size beds, lots of closet and storage space, smart TV’s with streaming services as well as a full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features built-in bunk beds with individual lighting and outlets for gadgets or tablets. The townhome is located right across the street from Grand Dunes resort where a beach lifeguard is on-duty at all times during the summer and an ice cream truck stops every single day - a highlight for your family's little ones and adults every year!
Guests also get two free parking spots just steps away from the townhome and free access to the beach.
Snow Birds are welcome to enjoy the southern weather year around. All monthly rentals in December, January and February( upto February 15) are eligible for snowbird discount (35% off regular prices) as reflected on VRBO.

… and we’ve stayed in a few. Excellent location 1/2 block walk to the beach. It was clean, spacious & comfortable. Owner was very communicative and accommodating!

The condo was exactly as described. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The only recommendation I would make is to have more bath towels and toilet paper. There were 5 adults on this trip and there were only 4 bath towels. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Cute Spot for a Beach Vaca!
The house is cute, looks as pictured. Communication was great. Location is perfect, it really is a block from the beach. We walked to the sand with our 3 year old with no problem. Also a Starbucks within short walking distance! Also close to Ripley's and other attractions. Lots of food choices nearby too.

Cousins Trip 2024
This was our first cousins trip and we decided to travel to Myrtle Beach to enjoy it. The house was located in a nice, quiet area. It is at the end of the row, so very easy access for arrival and departure. We felt very safe during our entire stay. There was plenty of space for the five of us. We were about 15 minutes from the attractions that we wanted to do, which was good! We were also able to enjoy the establishments close to the beach. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful Stay!
The property manager is very responsive, and really helped us out of a significant bind which we are grateful for. The house is truly 1 block from the beach and it's fantastic. Close and walkable to restaurants too. Our only concern was we needed to unplug some of the refreshers as it was allergy triggering, but that has nothing to do with the property itself. We plugged them back in before we left. I would fully recommend this property.

Cool beans
The only negative 8 can say is stop emailing so many emails. When we got to the house we were there for almost an hour going through so many darn emails trying to find the info needed to get in the place. But of course after reading 50,000 emails then realized they text me the info. I wish they would send one confirmation email and a text the day of arrival with code info. Thatsall that is needed. I couldnt even find anything telling us what to do before leaving. So we did nothing sincewe do pay alot of cleanibg fees and orger fees and extra fees amd all those etc. Fraud fees that should pay for any clean up. Over all this was the best place weve stayed ever the most cleanest ever modt comfortable ever in over 30 years of renting vacation rentals. This littlw place was heaven to us.thank you so much for letting us stay it was a pleasant stay.

Nice place, needs more attention to guest comfort
Overall, great place, great location. We were chilly, given that it was late December, we thought we would find more than thin summer blankets. We asked the owner for additional blankets and pillow cases for the extra pillows. No additional blankets were found or provided when requested. Also, there were some frebreeze type things and my wife is very sensitive to chemical smells. Would have been a clear five stars if our concerns had been attended to.
