Legends Golf Resort - 2 Bedroom on ground floor, Wi-Fi included

Legends Golf Resort is a gated community with 3 golf courses along with a professional golf school, 2 restaurants, and clubhouse. We are about 8 miles from the Myrtle Beach boardwalk.

This unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in the Turnberry Park area of Legends Resort in Myrtle Beach. There are two queen beds in the master bedroom and a private 3/4 bath. There are 2 full-size beds in the guest bedroom with a semi-private full bathroom with tub/shower combination, as well as a large living room and dining area. Each bedroom has its own television. The unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests per HOA rules, no exceptions.

Relax on the back patio at the end of the day or with coffee in the morning.

We have done lots of updating since purchasing the property in 2004 including new flooring, blinds, appliances, new HDTV, new furniture, new granite countertop, and more.

We provide all bed linens and bath towels. We try to keep beach towels in the unit but don't guarantee them. We do not supply personal toiletry items.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, pots, pans and other baking/cooking essentials. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. We also offer free Wi-Fi.

Guests have free access to the swimming pool (closed in winter) and tennis courts located just steps from the unit.

There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well. Please inquire about discounts on greens fees at any of the community's three championship courses by calling the clubhouse.

The Ailsa Pub and the clubhouse offers food and drink daily and are both a short walk from our unit.

Myrtle Beach major attractions (the beachfront, Broadway at the Beach, major shopping areas, etc.) are all within a 10-15 minute driving radius of the property.

Some of our favorite local destinations include Brookgreen Gardens, Myrtle Beach State Park and Huntington Beach State Park

Parking is free on-site and there are several spots available very close to the unit. A pass from the gate house is required for overnight parking.

The airport is just 5-10 minutes by car as well.

Long-term renters are welcome from November through February. Please inquire about long-term rental rates. Or choose the booking option to get a quote.

Way more pro's than cons. PROs - Best property manager EVER! Not just responsive, but truly nice. Thank you for everything! - Unit location is perfect. One bldg from pool, far enough away from the busy pub that it's quiet. Able to walk the whole resort from here. - Easy access keypad on front door. - Immaculately clean. You can tell owners take pride. - Nice simple layout. Good furniture. Central air very good. Wash & dryer work well. Cute little back patio for sunbathing. - Full book of owners manuals/instructions (not that we needed it, but nice to show they're prepared) - Kitchenware was cleaner than other places we have stayed, and the glassware was cool. I want some of those big glasses for myself! ; - ) - Master bath shower was super. - Played a round at Legends and the course was worth the $, even if the weather didn't fully cooperate. CONs - Master BR beds are very soft memory foam. If that's you're thing, great. Not the best for our backs. - You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around quite a bit, which was surprising. - Maybe the bottle opener walked off with the last guests, but we had to use our own. (If you have to get this nit-picky, you know it's a good place! LOL) We have seen other units at Legends, and this is the one you want. Enjoy!

Awesome Unit
We had a great experience staying in this unit. Very clean, lots of space and enjoyed sitting on the patio with the turtles in the pond. There were four adults with a golf package at Legends and highly recommend this to anyone who will be golfing at Legends and visiting other attractions in Myrtle Beach.

Amazing vacation rental
