'We had a very nice stay at the Lotte city hotel in the beginning of november. We had a fine room, which was very clean. The breakfast is excellent at the hotel. The personell is very helpfull and polite. All transport and shops and highlights of Seoul are very nearby. Myeong-dong is 6 minutes walk. 'Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and as soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by a pleasant fragrance. Whenever we got tired from walking around, we could quickly return to our hotel room for a short rest and then head back out to explore again. It was very convenient! Room is clean. Bed is very comfortable and the overall experience was both comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. '
