"Les photos du site ne correspondent pas aux chambres proposées. J'avais une réservation et lorsque je suis arrivé, on m'a dit que l'hôtel était complet et que je devais me satisfaire d'une chambre au RDC qui donnait sur le parking. Le lendemain, j'ai dû montrer ma réservation, et malgré tout, ils ne voulaient m'attribuer la suite que j'avais réservée. L'intervention du support de Hotels.com a permis de faire progresser ma situation mais au final, je n'avais toujours pas la suite réservée ..."

"Prachtig historisch hotel midden in het centrum, aan de rand van Union Square. We verbleven 1 nacht en dit was heerlijk om even het centrum van San Francisco te verkennen. Het is een oud hotel dus dat merk je aan de accommodatie. Maar goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. "

"It’s a dated place with a horrible breakfast. Go here if you need a low cost night before a flight, but I would not recommend a longer stay. The bathroom flooded due to the setup of the shower and you can see a lot of water damage throughout the room. This hotel needs a refurbishment. The breakfast was awful. Single use plastic throughout and the ‘warm’ meals like eggs, bacon and sausage were not warm at all. The people who worked there were lovely, this is not an indictment on them, but rather on the state of the place itself. "
