'This two story home is in a great location. The second floor is almost self sufficient with a large living area and a mini kitchen. We were tortured by ants! I think an exterminator is in order. While there, there were issues with the upstairs toilet. A plumber was sent to no avail. The upstairs people had to use buckets to flush the toilet. 'The home was very nice and clean and you could tell right when you walked in that it was well taken care of. From the comfortable furniture, the beautiful kitchen, the coffee bar to the backyard with it's TV, patio furniture and cafe lights strung across the yard we felt like we were in a luxury home. The owners didn't miss any details in this house. When we needed help getting the keypad reset to enter the home Jennifer took care of the situation within 5 minutes of our request. We cannot say...

'You really cant get a better location in terms of walkability to beach, harbor, etc. Great set up for extended family with a floor separating aleeping areas, making it ideal for mix of older family and kids. Host has a garage full of bikes, toys, wetsuits, boogie boards and they are in good repair. Host was also a great commjnicator. She was friendly, professional and flexible. I highly recommend the place. '

'This location was nearby the sea and the famous Boardwalk. Our family of 6 with 4 teenagers enjoyed the house and it was nice to sit and have dinner on the balcony in the front or at the backside of the house. The house was well equiped and there was a Washing machine and dryer available. We had a wondeful time and would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Cruz. '
