Great Location, Great Size
Right in the heart of Old port, along the cobblestone streets. Walkable to so many amazing restaurants and attractions. The apartment was clean and spacious, and the hosts were pretty responsive as the trip got closer. Would stay here again if I had a large group!

Beautiful getaway
The property is very clean and looked as listed. The location couldn’t have been any better, everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and you really felt like you were in the middle of the action. My only complaint was that we didn’t have all the check in information until we were actually in the city and when you are coming from a long distance, there is always the worry that there will be a problem. I usually get all check in information the week before.

Great place in the heart of Old Montreal!
This place was fantastic! Great rooms and layout, everything was in place as expected, and the free parking at the Science Center a couple of blocks away was a nice treat. Check in was super smooth and the location is five stars by itself! Plenty of restaurants right at your doorstep and all the historic sites are a short walk away. We will be back here for sure!

Beautiful place, great location
Our group of 7 were very comfortable in this 3BR apartment (not listing says 4BR but there are only 3 BR plus a pull out couch in the living room). The location is ideal, right in the heart of Old Montreal. The place was very clean and the bedrooms well-appointed, comfy beds and plenty of pillows. If you plan to cook, there are plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, but no staples like salt/pepper, oil, etc. The communication with the host was hassle-free, and they even include parking for one car a few blocks away.

In the heart of Old Montreal
Located right in the heart of Old Montreal, it is convenient to all the best attractions, restaurants. Clean, easy to get to and had all the conveniences of home. Only warning is that it can be loud at night. Great stay.

Great location! Beautiful, comfortable condo
Six adults stayed comfortably in the condo for the weekend. The air conditioner worked well even in the upper bedroom on one of the hottest weekend of the summer! Bring ear plugs and eye shades if you are a light sleeper. Since the location is in the heart of it all, there is action outside at night which could keep you up. Check-in & out was seamless. Parking is a block away so plan to drop bags off first!

Think Twice!
We stayed at this property for 2 nights. First, the location, furnishing and parking pass were great! The host’s instructions were direct and easy to use until we contacted them after the fact. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. As soon as we got off the elevator on the 4th floor we were hit with the smell of dead fish- it was awful and became increasingly worse during our stay. Not only did it not go away, but we begin to smell it in the apartment. Walking into the unit, a simple extension cord was stretched across the hall. This was very dangerous not only for us, but for the 2 young children that were with us. This was the cord to the washer and dryer in the hall. Interesting that this simple cord could operate a washer and dryer safely. The air vents and washing machine were disgusting- covered in dust, dirt, mold and dried detergent. The closet in one of the bedrooms had cut open vents and debris about. Random holes in the wall were scattered throughout the apartment, open wires in the bathroom and missing tiles made it look more like a construction zone than the sleek vacation getaway the pictures initially suggested. The windows were filthy. The disparity from what we thought we were getting by the pictures and the place we actually stayed was shockingly different. The condition of this apartment did not warrant the rates being charged.

Great stay, ideal location
Loved the location! So close to delicious restaurants, some of the best meals I've ever eaten. I especially loved being close to the port. We walked to the ferris wheel the first night :) We had a car and drove to other neighborhoods very easily. Parking spot included was a huge bonus.

A Magical New Year's Eve in the City
This property is perfectly located in the heart of Old Montreal and our stay was absolutely magical! Our group consisted of two families of 4, with 4 children and 4 adults. The location is perfect as it is just off the port and around all of the nicest restaurants and shops. You did not have to go very far to get anything, including wine. Chinatown and the Metro are just a few blocks away. The apartment was super clean and beautiful. The huge windows gave us beautiful views of the stone streets and was perfect for people watching. The bathrooms are immaculate, and the beds were like laying on clouds. Our owners were easy to contact and work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly had an amazing time!

Excellent location, responsive host
This property was perfect for our needs during a ten day family stay in Montréal. Perfectly located at the corner of Boulevard St Laurent and Rue St Paul, the property is on the fourth floor of an old building. Fortunately for us there is an elevator which made it possible for our elderly family member to access the unit. Along with the sitting room, dining room and kitchen, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a powder room on the main level. The third bedroom is in the loft and the only access is by stairs. The furnishings are basic but adequate. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, so any significant cooking would be difficult. We were able to buy limited groceries at the depanneur across the street which allowed us to have breakfast and a couple of lunches. The best part is there are numerous restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance so we didn’t have to venture too far for great food.

Multi Gen Family Vacation
The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. You could not get a better location to spend time in the old city. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, museum, Farris wheel. A short drive to groceries. Having parking available was also great. The building manager was readily available for the few questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

The condo was very pretty and well appointed. The location is absolutely ideal! However, the master bath is very small and there is little space to unpack. There are no dressers. Also, the washer and dryer were unusable and the dishwasher was very temperamental.

Absolutely no issues and loved the space and location. Communications with the host was as promised (timewise) and concise. Apartment was extremely clean, totally safe and quiet (except for normal big-city noises that are to be expected). If visiting Old Montreal - this is a prime place to stay.

Spacious, modern apartment in superb old-town location
The location of this apartment is fantastic. In the middle of old town Montreal, just at the corner of main pedestrian thoroughfare, a block from Notre Dame basilica, a block from waterfront (including science museum for kids). Tons of cafes, restaurants nearby. A 15-20 minute walk to financial district and central part of new Montreal, with more restaurants, lively neighborhoods. Apartment is on fourth floor, bright and roomy. Good airconditioning. Large living/dining room next to big, well-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom (queen bed) and second bedroom (two twin beds) are large and share a nice master bathroom plus half bathroom. Master bedroom+master bathroom can be closed off with a door for privacy. Loft bedroom upstairs (one twin bed) is very spacious as well and has its own full bathroom (no privacy door to loft area). No windows but there is a skylight (which cannot be covered) in loft. Lots of closet, unpacking space throughout apartment. Free parking provided as part of rental in a covered lot that is a two-minute walk from building. The apartment does have some street noise but this usually quiets down by midnight even on weekends (and this is more than compensated for by location). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our few days here and would unhesitatingly book this apartment if we were coming back here in the future. Tips: Aura--half hour light and music show at basilica is worth going to. LOV--a chain with upscale (and delicious) vegan dining. Creperie Suzette and Eggspectation around the corner are great for breakfast, casual meals.

Amazing Location, Clean, and Spacious!
My husband, myself, and our two teenagers spent three nights at this property. This apartment, which is on the 4th floor, was extremely clean, and there was more than enough space for the four of us to spread out. It was exactly as described, and the pictures are spot on - it truly is a fantastic space! One thing which was a fun surprise was that one of the bedrooms is in a loft space accessible by stairs within the apartment and has a full bathroom and queen sized bed - our son claimed this bedroom first! Although we did not use the kitchen very much as we had planned to eat out for most of our meals, it had everything you could need, and coffee was there for us to use. There were more than enough supplies for our stay including detergent for the in-apartment washer/dryer and dishwasher, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There were also plenty of towels. The bathrooms looked brand new and were immaculate. The location of the apartment could not be any better - right in the middle of Old Montreal and walking distance to most attractions and the waterfront. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes steps from the front door. We loved being able to step outside and wander around, and stop back inside the apartment to rest, easily. The apartment was bright and airy with plenty of windows. The included parking space was a huge plus as the area is very busy. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive. Check-in and check-out were super easy as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Perfect retreat in Old Montreal
Stayed at this property with my family of five, including three teenage daughters, for a short visit to Montreal. If you're looking for a place where Old Montreal is right out your door, look no further. We were there during the busy summer season, and it was so nice to just walk outside and have everything within walking distance. On the flip side, it was also nice to have a place in the middle of it to retreat from the busy streets. The apartment was easy to access, clean, comfortable and spacious. Would 100% stay there again!
