'Overall, the condo is great. Solid amenities and living space. Pajaro dunes us also a great community with a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately for our stay, the electric water heater was out, and even with circut breaker resets at advice of the property owner, it was a cold shower weekend. There was also an outlet sticking well out of the vanity wall next to the sink which we actively avoided, and some seemingly exposed wire ends in the closet near the water heater and fuse box. 'We rented the condo for my husband’s birthday. It slept our family of 4, and my in- laws comfortably. It was well equipped and very clean and the beds are very very comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!'
