'Dit was de derde keer dat wij met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen gedurende twee weken in casa Pietra verbleven. Het voelt inmiddels als thuis. We houden van het huis en van de omgeving en raken niet uitgekeken in de Piëmonte. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en de grote tuin met vele zitjes biedt voor een ieder mogelijkheid te rusten, spelen, lezen, kletsen, borrelen met elkaar of afzonderlijk. En dan nog het fijne zwembad! Op enige afstand zijn David of Simone die kunnen helpen waar...

'Villa Poggio sul Belbo was a perfect spot for the stay of a week with our family. Cool inside with enough space for the children. Nice pool and shadowed place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some great wineries in the neighbourhood.'

'As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended. '

'We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. Alba is a very nice town with plenty of places to eat and discover the local produce and provided a great base to explore the area. Communication with Lorenza was excellent and easy to check in and was on hand if we needed...

'We had an amazing time at Cascina Bricchetto. Giovanna deserves more than a 10 out of 10. She really goes above and beyond to ensure that her guest have everything they can wish for. The house is very nice. Nicer even than the photos. The finishes are very good with modern amenities like double glazing. Thanks to the shutters on the windows the house stayed a nice temperature, even though there was a heat wave outside. So we slept comfortably. The house is located with 360 views of vineyards...

'Ontzettende aardige eigenaar, fijn ontvangst en zeer behulpzaam . Leuk huis, verzorgd, mooi uitzicht. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Communicatie met agentschap is er niet geweest.'

'It is a great location in a small community. It is a very spacious house. We had the upper floor and the view of the balcony is beautiful . The contact with the owner is very good. She replies immediately . There is a very good restaurant in the village. And a very small shop on the square where we bought every morning fresh bread. We had a lovely time here.'

'This is a very cool house but the photos and the reality are not one and the same. I was shocked at how rustic the kitchen was. The only pic of the kitchen is the fabulous gas range, but there is a reason they don't show you the rest. It is tiny, with not much storage or countertop space. the marble sink is old and very small. It was a struggle cooking in there. There are 2 tiny, college size refrigerators that were challenging to fit all of our food and wine in. The bathrooms are rustic and the...
