« Alvin was a great host, we ran late getting there, Alvin called to check on us. Helped with detailed instructions. Actually waited up on us past his bedtime. He was there each time we came off the lake, shared stories. He treats you in a manner that makes you relaxed and feel welcome. His location is away from traffic, yet close to docks and restaurants. Definitely consider for the peace and quiet, much preferred over hotel room. Great stay. »

« I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Everything was awesome. If there was one down side it would be the bottom lock on the entry door needs repair. However, I felt safe because of the security door and the deadbolt on the entry door. This will definitely be my go to spot if I’m ever back in Greenwood. »

« I thought the place was nice for the 2 nights, the place was clean and they even had snacks The AC/ wouldn't blow out heat. Since the weather was warm in the am and cooler at night. I wanted Apt C but for some reason Vrb had it listed as available so the host notified me that D was available. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. »

« Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. Obviously floors had not been swept from the previous guests. The house is older which gives it great character but the small window units that cool the entire...
