'We had 4 families stay and had plenty of space. The game room downstairs and the bunk bed room was nice for a kids’ space. Ample room upstairs and in the kitchen for social space. We all enjoyed the stay. '

'We just spent the Thanksgiving break at the Birch Lane property and it was a perfect get-away. My family loved all the entertainment accessories from the full sized indoor pool and hot tub to the movie theater, sauna and game room with air hockey and pool table. We had a great time, especially the kids, and look forward to going back again!'

'Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would return! A few notes: There seemed to be a small bug problem. I'm not sure if the house hadn't been in use in a while. There were a few dead flies when we arrived, and several I noticed in the lamp next to the bed, as well as in the door to the porch. There were a ton of ladybugs and a few ants (I think I saw 4 or 5 different ones in the bathroom on the first floor by the bedroom). I wish we had known the heat was down so far. Unfortunately, we were...

'This property is amazing, with stunning views of Bretton Woods Ski Resort! Extremely clean and spacious - perfect for families to spend quality time together playing games, etc. and conveniently located just a short distance to the slopes. The whole rental experience was superb! We would highly recommend this property and plan to visit again in the future!'

'The house is absolutely great, very comfortable/practicle and nicely styled. Very complete equiped.The location is perfect, the view wonderful. The support from Ben (remotely via email) was very useful, our TomTom navigator had some difficulty to find it. All in all : fantastic !'
