'Wir waren Ende Oktober hier und können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war ebenfalls sehr angenehm und sie hat uns bei all unseren Wünschen und Bedürfnissen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden.'

'We had a great time in Colonia St. Jordi largely thanks to this beautiful apartment. Since in March it can still be quite cold, the electric heater in the bedroom was very welcome. Also we liked to sit outside to have our breakfast and watch the sea.'

'Der Urlaub in der Finca war toll. Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet für eine Fewo, dazu mit großem Pool samt Treppe, einer Grillstation u sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man ist durch die Lage u Hitze auf ein Auto angewiesen u das Knarren der Betten war gewöhnungsbedürftig.'

'This is truly an amazing location, steps from the main square. Parking was relatively easy, also a bonus. There were some small issues but Santanyi Rentals who were managing the listing were incredible and saved the trip for us. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there. There’s also a washing machine (bonus). This home needs some maintenance particularly outside in the yard along with the decking around the pool. If you’re a family this house is great. 'La propriété est très bien agencée et conforme au descriptif. Une petite climatisation serait un plus. Mais toutes les chambres sont bien équipées de ventilateurs La piscine est top. La villa est à 12 min de Felanitx, ce qui la met à 30 min de toutes les plages. Sa situation permet de rayonner sur plusieurs parties de l’île. Je recommande vivement !!'

'Our stay at this beautiful home was more than we could have hoped for! The communication was great! Our host met us at the house and Showed us around, even though our flight was delayed and we arrived past midnight. We were left a lovely parcel of goodies when we arrived which was welcomed after our travel. The place was absolutely spotless. So clean! The home was so well looked after.
