'The front desk check in guy was not kind or friendly, I believe he gave me the worst room on the 4th floor right next to the maint shop. The next morning maint tech. had his work cart almost blocking our room door. Maint Tech was watching videos and very loud around 8:30 am - looked up never said hello or good morning. 'The pictures do not do this property justice. They really don’t accurately show the beauty of it or the size which is just massive. My only regret was not staying longer. If I ever have the opportunity to go back I’d come during the summer to utilize the pool more. The host was also so accommodating to my thousand questions before we even arrived. 10/10'
