'The owner was super accommodating! We arrived early and got to check in early! The place is an easy walk to the beach which was a plus! Providing beach badges and beach chairs etc was nice but 2 of the chairs and the umbrella were damaged. We appreciated the on site parking! The house is super clean and the kitchen well equipped. You have to provide your own towels and bedding. For us this could have been a hardship since we had limited packing space coming from Texas but we found a rental...

'Wonderful and responsive host, quick to respond to inquiries. Perfect, clean house with ample living space and private back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean accommodations inside with all amenities. Started the mornings with a relaxing walk to and then along the bay. Easy driving to friends and attractions. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!'

'This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.'

'Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family. The house is literally one block from the beach. The home has a great layout and updated. Generally, the beds were ok but the master bed was a little too firm for our liking. Great location, would stay here again!'

'This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.'

'Juelz was the perfect host and helped my party of 8 have a great time in Asbury Park. The house is beautiful and a nice cozy spot that is only minutes from the main attractions here. I would absolutely come back here again if I was to be in Asbury Park as it absolutely was a better option than the hotels here.'

'In all my years of travel I have never found a place I love as much as this!! The location is central to anything you could want or need. The house is well spaced and overflowing with extras like bikes (you will love) a spacious floor plan and a dreamy back patio with a hot tub and heated pool! The smell of the ocean carries on the breeze and you will surely discover as I have that Heaven really does have an address.'

'As advertised! The space worked well for our multi-generational family weekend, since everyone can handle stairs. The bedroom with bunk beds is good for kids or shorter adults. Bathrooms are great, and unlike a lot of rentals the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd possibly need! You really can see the ocean from both the large deck and some of the windows. This part of Belmar is perfect for families.'

'We really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and quiet. The people at the property were friendly and helpful. Food within walking distance. The pass to Sandy Hook was nice to have. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was the steep set of stairs to get in and out of the apartment.'
