'Loved the cottage was an adventure and a bit like "glamping" wifi beds, tv power hot showers peace and quiet'

'The cabin was amazing, cozy and private. My only suggestions would be to provide bug spray or citronella candles. Bugs weren't crazy but those tiny mosquitoes were such an annoyance. As long as we kept moving, which we did, we weren't bothered. The properties little trails were fun, lots of surprises and areas we could sit and meditate for short periods. We wanted to take all our trash out however, traveling from Idaho we didn't plan on bringing any trash bags and we had to empty one of our...

'Loved location saw deer grazing. Quaint. Suggest lubricating the windows and sliding glass door they are hard to open and close so we couldn’t get any air circulation.'

'The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. But unlike the rest of my family I packed rain boots and didn’t have an issue. The area was serene the hike to the beach definitely a crows mile, we didn’t ever end up...

'Overall a great stay. Small kitchen, but that wasn't a concern for us. We used and enjoyed the hot tub. For some parties it may be an issue that you have to talk through one bedroom to get to the other.'

'We love Cypress Cove, stayed many times. This time we stayed in the Pacific rather than the Cove. I think the Pacific is slightly bigger than the Cove. They are both the place to be when visting Mendo.'

"Guys on frontdesk were not very friendly. Just normal. Bathroom and bedroom needs renovation. For tĥis amount it should be better. Location is ok. "

Average but pricy

"Average in every way. Didn’t sleep very well. We had a room on the ground floor and when the guests in the room above us walked we could hear the creaking of the floor. In addition the guests in the room above us lighted their BBQ on the passage. Open fire in a wooden building is dangerous and we were surprised hotel staff did not act on this dangerous situation. Complementary breakfast was tasty, but started at 7:30 am. Quite late. All in all a disappointing experience given the high price we had to pay for the room."
