Lush Green Hideaway - two min stroll to beach

This beautiful home is located in one of the most exclusive streets in Brighton, in the Golden Mile. It is a two minute walk to the beach and the bayside bike and walking trails. You are surrounded by spectacular mansions and homes in this famous Brighton street.

This extremely private property is located minutes from Brighton's best beaches. It is a short walk to the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, Brighton Pier and plenty of fabulous cafes. Wind your way along the bayside walking and bike trail and enjoy the beautiful vistas! Hire a bike and ride from Port Melbourne to Mordialloc and stop at the yacht clubs along the way to enjoy the views and fresh sea air.

The home itself is located on vast grounds and is down a long tree lined driveway. It is completely private and secluded and once the front gate is closed you are in your own secure oasis. The garden is lush and can be enjoyed from every room in the house. The large outdoor deck is sun drenched all day and works seamlessly with the living room for indoor outdoor living. This is the ultimate living with lush gardens, privacy and beautiful spaces. The four burner barbecue makes outdoor entertaining a pleasure. Get the family and friends together and spend hours relaxing and enjoying the gardens and large outdoor spaces. The gardens are glorious for kids! A long driveway to play in, gardens to run around and plenty of options for hide and seek.

Booked the property for new years with friends, two toddlers and our dog. Property was an easy walk to Brighton beach where we were able to watch the fireworks going off in the city. Instructions were clear the property was clean and comfortable.

The property is ideally located in Brighton; within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. It was also spacious, well-maintained and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Brighton.

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay at Peter’s lovely house in Brighton. The location was great, the house was comfortable and spacious and the property was nicely decorated and maintained. We stayed ahead of my wedding and found the property to be excellent for this purpose with enough room for getting ready the morning of and our photos were beautiful with lots of natural light in the garden/ patio area and living rooms. It was a hot weekend when we stayed so the aircon in just 2/3 bedrooms was the only downside. There was however a fan in that room which helped. I would recommend staying here.

Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the Brighton area. Very clean, comfortable beds and overall a great space for families to be together. Close to beach, cafes and restaurants. The host Peter was great to communicate with and helpful with any queries.

Beautiful House and Location
Our family had an amazing stay here. The house was everything we could ask for. The beds were all extremely comfortable. Living rooms spacious. Outdoor area was perfect. And the beach only minutes away. What more could you ask for. The host was lovely and very responsive . Would book this house again in a heart beat.

Great location and very pet friendly. Upstairs really comfortable with lovely beds and linen. Downstairs a bit shabby but often the way with pet allowed properties. A few niggly issues like missing iron, only one key initially, missing light bulbs sorted, tv not working and intermittent wifi (the latter not a property issue). Walk to dog beach then Ellwood Bathers for a cocktail delightful!

Fantastic house in an outstanding location
Lovely, practical house for a family plus one or two extras with a dog or two. Less than 5 mins walk to beach, yacht club and Bay Trail. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen including coffee machine and pods. Two separate lounges for kids and grown ups, plenty of room for bikes, trailers etc. Absolutely loved our stay.
