'the floors are thin so it sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs and the short toilets always get me. I never understand when I go to a newer hotel and they don't have chair height toilets these were especially low felt like they should be in a kindergarten class. otherwise it is a lovely hotel. parking should also be free'

'Overall, it was a great experience. The Staybridge is our favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Rochester. We’ve always had nice, quiet rooms; however this stay we were given room that was on first floor and our room was directly on a wall next to the parking garage and we heard the garage door open/close every few minutes throughout the day/night. So, that was unfortunate. It will not deter us from staying here again. We’ll just request not to be next to the parking. '

'The property was nicely renovated; had a great breakfast selection AND even offered FREE soup and bread around 6pm. Pool and hot tub were open 24 hrs, though pool was being treated. The only negative was the elevator had stalled and needed repair. Also offered shuttle to Mayo though we chose to drive ourselves anyway. All in All a great property'
