'We had a good time in the house with a very friendly and accommodating host. Very nice with the short walk to the great beach. Nice starting point for cycling and driving around. We could have wished a bit more of kitchen equipment, cutting knives etc. The roof top terrace is very nice, but could have a bit more furniture/sitting space. '

'This house is much lovelier than the photo! It's surrounded by an olive tree Grove and is very secluded and peaceful. The veranda around the house was our favorite part because we could sit outside in the morning and evenings, even in February! The hosts were lovely and had delicious snacks waiting on our arrival from a late flight. Plus they gave us a bottle of homemade olive oil. We will certainly be back!'

'Half oktober zijn wij (familie van 4 pers) in het huis van Enrico en Ernesta verbleven. Wat een geweldige woning en host. Alles is aanwezig. Bij aankomst keurig rondgeleid en alles uitgelegd gekregen. Zeer complete keuken binnen en buiten. Ruime slaapkamers met reeds opgemaakte bedden. Kids vonden het stapelbed super. Daarnaast een dikke plus voor de basis benodigdheden (drinken/eten) die bij aankomst al in de koelkast/op tafel stonden. Dat is lekker aankomen. Op een paar minuten rijden zitten...

'We stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful spacious house, the beds were comfortable, every thing was according to description. The pool is wonderful and was used very much. Giacomo was very helpful and met everything we asked for. Overall very great and joyful stay. We highly recommend this place!'

'We had a lovely stay in Avola. The garden is beautifull, just like the view. The house was very clean, perfect white sheets and towels. And above all the host was so kind, he brought us fruit, croissants and prosecco, very kind! The only thing you need to know, which we did not know by reading the details of the house, is that the kitchen is in a separate space (therefor if you need something from the fridge (at night or when the wearher is bad) you need to unlock two doors and pass the terras....

'I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms...

'De omgeving van het huis is niet heel fantastisch, maar als je de poort doorgaat kom je in een soort oase. Mooie tuin, heerlijk groot zwembad met ligbedden en een buitendouche. Er was zelfs een dakterras, maar dat was niet echt in gebruik. Wat ons opviel was de uitrusting in het huis. Het is een 5-persoonshuis, maar er zijn bijv. 2 eethoeken (binnen en buiten) met 4 stoelen. De woning heeft 2 airco's wat heerlijk was tijdens de hittegolf. 'Nous avons passé 17 jours chez Michele et Angela qui sont vraiment très accueillants et facilitent toutes les démarches et tracas. Michele vous fera découvrir son huile d'olive, les figues de Barbarie toutes préparées etc. Le logement est bien situé et permet de visiter la région facilement, bien entretenu avec évidemment la piscine qui est appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Très bon séjour '

'The beach was nice. It was difficult to get to. You had to walk a distance on a very busy street with no sidewalks. Nothing was in walking distance ie. Grocery stores, restaurants. Definitely need a vehicle to get around. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I do have a major issue that has not been resolved. That has left a very bad impression of the host/owner.'

'Appartamento confortevole, molto pulito, veramente di fronte alla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada. Piscina molto curata ed utile perché nella settimana in cui ho soggiornato qui, spesso, il pomeriggio al mare era molto ventilato, quindi ottima alternativa soprattutto per i miei figli di 6 e 10 anni che hanno apprezzato molto. Per chi cerca una vacanza in questa parte della Sicilia è un posto che sicuramente consiglierei.'
