'My friends and I stayed at this wonderful property for my birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. This is the best supplied Vrbo house I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Korrie is a perfect host and her house is amazing. Great for a family with kids in that there are 2 separate fun areas for kids and grownups! We played ping pong and put puzzles together. The first floor bedroom is perfect for those who don't love stairs. I rate this house as 5/5 stars! Thank you...

'Mike and his house were perfect for my two friends, sister, and me...each of us had the privacy of our own bedroom, and the common area second floor was set up for relaxing, socializing, cooking, eating, etc. All beautifully decorated in beachy colors and theme...back deck facing south was sunny and warm, and top observation deck was fun to watch sunrises, sunsets, and stars...also very private for sunbathing. Quiet, secluded neighborhood located close to South Beach, where we walked and biked....

Everything looks just like in the listing - charming, warm, like staying at your grandpa's beach house. 'We have been coming to the vineyard for 10 years now, so we know the location well. The location is great. But… the house is very tired looking and out dated. What bothered us most was that the listing did NOT say no door on master bedroom. It’s open to the kitchen and living room. Which gave us no privacy. There are many things that need to be fixed and updated. Hopefully with some improvements the house will be more enjoyable. '

'The house is lovely and the pool is awesome. Further, there are ample places inside and out to both congregate and isolate. Hosts were responsive when needed. And it's just a beautiful home and property. Everything w/r/t the House Instructions was fairly clear and straightforward - probably the only things I'd suggest would be clarity around Trash Day (it was unclear if trash should go out Sunday or Monday night), and what days the groundskeepers and pool folks come by only so that guests...

'This house is like a museum! It’s beautiful inside and out. The home wasn’t as private or secluded as I’d hoped. The owner lets the neighbors park their boat at the dock so they roll up on you while you’re sunbathing, looking in the window at you while you’re in bed and roam back and forth through the yard at all hours of the night. This was the only flaw for me and it’s a big one when you pay almost a 1000 a night to have privacy and peace. '

'This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again.
