The apartment is located on a quiet avenue due to its recent treatment in "Zone 30" and a new traffic plan which eliminates all transit, bus and truck traffic.
You will also enjoy in this new construction, a splendid view of the gulf from the terrace on the second level as well as air conditioning (reversible) and possible access, free, to the Internet (wifi).
The rental is "non-smoking" and pets are not allowed.

New and independent townhouse built according to RT2012 thermal standards, located in a lively area, at the outer limit of the city center, close to the pedestrian and shopping routes, the marina, the Eden Theater (historic cinema of the Lumière Brothers) ), the City Garden and the "soft road" reserved for pedestrians and bikes. Also very close to the Hospital Center and the Notre Dame de Bon Voyage functional rehabilitation center.
The old port with all its activities such as the first beaches (Capucins beach) are less than 10 minutes walk.
It consists, from bottom to top, of a closed garage to accommodate a sedan (limited height 1. 90m, entrance width: 2. 30m). In the garage, the available space can also accommodate bikes, motorcycles, boards or strollers for children.
On the first level: two independent bedrooms (one with a 140x200 bed, the other with two 90x200 beds) with storage, a bathroom with shower, sink, hair dryer, towel dryer and washing machine and separate toilets.
On the second level the living room consists of a living area with large sofa, TV, CD radio and USB, WiFi connection (free under conditions) and opens onto a terrace of around 10m² equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as a folding shelf with two bar stools which offers the possibility of having breakfast or an aperitif facing the sea. Two sun loungers are available for sunbathers and a roll-up blind allows you to protect yourself from the sun if necessary. In the kitchen, there is a large table, a "table top" fridge with freezer compartment, two halogen plates, a traditional mini oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (Senseo type) , toaster, kettle, blinder. Also available are vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well as basic household products.
Two blankets are available for each of the beds (no duvet) but sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided. The tenant can, however, rent them from the concierge service, who will be his contact by notifying a few days before arrival. It is also possible to rent linen from local laundromats.
The current cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, the basic cleaning, on departure, is provided by the owner.
Access:
La Ciotat station (that of the "arrival of the train ..." of the Lumière Brothers) is 4km from the city center and a bus line, in connection with the trains, Line 40, has a stop 50m from location). A taxi service also provides services.
Cartreize rapid shuttles (line 69) connect La Ciotat (stop 50m) to the center of Marseille (then Marseille St Charles station by either of the two metro lines).
Marseille Marignane Airport is 60km from La Ciotat, either an hour by car or accessible by regular shuttle between Marseille Saint Charles bus station and the airport.

Many activities are offered in summer, mainly in relation to the sea: sailing, diving, apnea, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing, underwater vision, sea trips to the creeks and the highest cliffs in Europe between La Ciotat and Cassis.
