'Mooie vakantiewoning. Jammer dat het tussen de 1 en 2 uur rijden van bezienswaardigheden is. De woning heeft 4 badkamers en die zijn niet al te nieuw. De woning is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Buiten veel ruimte. Zeker met kinderen is het goed te doen . Jammer dat het niet in een toeristische omgeving ligt maar zo kun je wel alle kanten op. Etretat, invasiestranden en het stadje Rouen zijn echte aanraders. '

'Heerlijke week gehad. Veel bekeken en gewandeld. Onze Border Collie ook tevreden, rennen op grasveld en uitlaten langs stille landweg. Eigenaresse zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Nog extra Dank voor de moeite gedaan om de WiFi goed te laten functioneren. Oa. Ajax volgen 👍. We hadden het weer ook mee! Écht een aanrader! Peter.'

'The owners were very friendly and helpful. The charming house was very clean. The huge fenced off garden was perfect for our dog. The small balcony perfect for chilling out in the evening. One small disadvantage for less mobile people is that there is no upstairs toilet and it is a quite steep staircase. But so peaceful, no noise at night, perfect to rewind the batteries. We recommend it . M&H&N'

'Nous avons passés un très bon moment entre amis, dans la grande maison de Mélanie avec de nombreuses chambres et une piscine chauffé ( à partagé avec le 2eme gite dans la même maison ) Propriétaires agréables, disponibles et réactifs pour vous aider à organiser votre séjour. Je vous recommande vivement ce lieu.'

'A very special accomodation, decoration (furniture etc.) very nice too. Very private and quiet. It was cold in febr., but the house was warm. Enough wood for burning. Lots of thing to do in the surroundings, castles, Rouen, etc., some also open in winter (mind the lunchbreak!). Apart from some French magazines about the whole of Normandie, no tourist information. Internet worked fine first few days, last few days hardly. And unfortunately still no breadknife or dustbin bags:). Enjoyed our stay. '

'After not thinking we would be able to holiday due to Covid this was the perfect relaxing retreat. Everything was as we had expected. The log cabin was well equipped and comfortable. The gifts on arrival ( goats cheese , apple juice, jam and cider ) were all lovely and a nice touch. Roaming chickens and cats were an added delight with some eggs given to us in the week. Perfect break.'
