Luxury apartment in historic Downtown Marion. This 150 year old building was redeveloped in 2019 with modern design accents . As you reach the landing and gaze across the outstretched poplar floors, you are welcomed with charm into a relaxing experience. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen, kick back on the plush sofa, and watch the game on the 70" 4K. Whether you're visiting family & friends, here on business, or just getting away from home, this apartment is where you want to be.
I will always be available by phone and email, if not by person. Please feel free to call or text at anytime.
Full Acess to the apartment.
Street parking is available directly in front of the building. Guests can also park across the street in any available spots in front of the courthouse. The city will not ticket.

Perfect in Every Way!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property that is right on the downtown square in Marion, Indiana! We were in town for a wedding and staying here was so superior to a hotel room. We had 5 adults and more than enough room. The loft is such a vibe! It is decorated impeccably and has everything you need. The hosts even went over and above and provided us with some breakfast items for our stay. We took advantage of being able to walk to dinner and had a great BBQ dinner at Obi's and lunch at another spot. Carrie Jo was a great host and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend this for your stay in Marion!

The place was clean, owners supplied the place with bananas, granola bars, milk, oj, bread and eggs, very thoughtful, the alley was lighted up nicely, getting in and out was easy enough, the place needs curtains and during the day, u can hear the business downstairs like they were actually in your apartment, I’d give it 4.5/5 stars

High Quality rental in small town
This property was a joy to stay at. The space is expansive for 2 but can accommodate 2 to 4 others well. The amenities were fabulous with a few extras which made it special from other rentals we have stayed in. The property owner and manager were very professional, kind and responsive to any questions or concerns. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others looking for a short term rental in the area.

We rented this condo for the weekend so we could move our daughter into her dorm at IWU. We absolutely loved it and will definitely book this spot again. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and a great place we could relax in the evenings and enjoy family time together especially on that giant couch! All the extra amenities were a special touch that we appreciated so much!

Jon was an absolutely wonderful host! He was always prompt when getting back with me and the VRBO was very clean! Everything was there that we needed and we will definitely stay there again if we visit Marion again!

Blissful Big Space
We came together as family to spend time with a loved one in Marion. This lovely loft was so nice and amazing at every turn. The host was great and we appreciated him meeting us. The architecture, the finishes and all the elements of this lovely loft were perfect in every way!! Had all the little things we needed and appreciated the history of the surrounding buildings. Hi class for sure and loved the large windows and extra perks like the huge TV when we watched a movie and the speaker to have really good background music for relaxing at the end of the day. Girls get away
This was a last minute get away to do a art class and some girl pampering . One of our girls was getting married..Even though it was a little drive for the things we had planned. Our stay in the loft was perfect ..Very beautiful and clean. It was nice to stay in a small town that was well lit for safty. Would definately stay again!
