'Salvo la posizione e la gentilezza del ragazzo alla reception del villaggio. Non posso dire lo stesso della signora alla reception dell'hotel, visto che dopo il checkout la mia ragazza ha chiesto di andare in bagno e le è stato detto che non c'erano bagni. Per nulla professionale'

'L'appartamento è molto confortevole e la sua posizione ideale per una vacanza al mare. Completamente arredato e fornito di tutti i servizi e gli accessori che possono rendere sereno il soggiorno. Sul letto al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato degli insetti a riprova delle buone intenzioni di farci trovare un ambiente igienizzato. Forse è mancato un controllo finale poco prima del nostro arrivo.'

'Hot water took a long time to run before it arrived to the room. The room was expensive vs what we paid for other similar rooms on a 25 day trip. The owners are lovely.'

'A beautiful property that is well maintained. The view from the balcony in our room was incredible and the property gardens and pool are gorgeous. But the best part of our stay is the wonderful staff. They go out their way to be kind and helpful and we really appreciated all their efforts. They even provided a free olive oil tasting that we greatly enjoyed. It also is worth noting the quality of the food in the restaurant was exceptional. We had a wonderful visit all around.'

'We've had a very pleasant stay at cozze di papaleo. We stayed for 4 nights with an infant and a toddler in early november and enjoyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Surrounded by a nice garden. Breakfast was tasty with great coffee and we've enjoyed dinner 3 nights. Surrounding area has enough to offer with pretty towns like Modica and Ragusa and beaches. For us sea was still just warm enough for a swim'
