'Beautiful, clean property. Expansive so no one felt crowded. Location was great relative to town and activities. Only one negative was that we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Nevertheless, we would stay here again. '

'Took a little family vacation. It was absolutely amazing. Nice and clean house. Sat outside having a bonfire watching the deer come really close to us. Peaceful and relaxing. Bonus it was only 5 minutes to Torch Lake boat launch. We were only there for 3 days. Next year going for a week '

'Our expectations were surpassed once we arrived to the property. It was exceptionally clean, quiet, and convenient. The location is perfect, almost equally situated between Charlevoix, Boyne City, and East Jordan. During the day and night it is quiet which allows for calm and relaxed time with family. Check in and out were simple. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly.'

'Our family of 8 ( 2 grandsons- 6 & 9)had a marvelous vacation. In the words of my family - “Best vacation yet!” Plenty of room for all of us- a large deck to enjoy the peaceful mornings, a great dock with lounge chairs to rest after taking a dip, paddle boarding or canoeing, and a fire pit where we would all gather for s’mores and the most amazing sunsets. The boat lift was a big plus as were the kayaks and canoes. The adults in the family usually got in a game of pool at the end of the evening...

'House is very cool! Location is perfect for decent privacy and a woodsy feel! We had a fire outside every night and loved it! Communication about check in and check out was easy and as expected. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a major issue when it comes to bedding and dishes. I had to strip the beds and go by laundry detergent to wash sheets. There was hair and other debris on the sheets in the master bedroom. I did not contact the owner about this, as it would have been more of an inconvenience...

'We spent our days at the cottage soaking in the Michigan air and fishing right out of your back door. My husband and I really enjoyed the kayaks. The crystal clear water is a must see. The property was very clean. The paddle boat didn’t work properly, it appear the o side had water inside but again the kayaks was GREAT.. I would love to return again with my family and rent both properties. We plan to come back. '
